A Bit About Me
My love for health and fitness started back in the 1990s! I've worked in health and fitness since I qualified as an aerobics instructor in 1999. Since then I have added many other qualifications to the list including Fitness Pilates, Yoga, Personal Training and various nutrition certifications. I am also a qualified health coach, working in the NHS in Portsmouth, UK and I am studying for an MSc in Clinical Exercise Science.

The best way to join me is through my online membership. You can join my classes live via Zoom or just do them in your own time with access to the latest classes and a big back catalogue to choose from too! I also have a limited number of personal training slots available and can write and support with training plans.

I have worked in many different health related roles. I understand that everybody is unique, each with their own goals and lifestyle. I can help you construct a plan and training schedule that focusses on the lifestyle changes you want to make.
